This is not a good thing!

If you are as well, you’ll know what I mean.

You’ll end up like me … accommodating, helping others without getting too much in return, feeling underappreciated, and thinking that someday it’ll all turn around*.

Here’s what I learned about setting strong, personal boundaries and how it changed everything.

Was it uncomfortable? Yes. Mostly to myself. Partly to others.

Warning: Once you start, you cannot go back!

Many of the issues weren’t mine. They were my reaction to others.

That sounds contradictory!

I was reacting to the insecurities of others, the weaknesses and faults of others.

If someone blurted out: “F@ck You!” for something they misheard, that is on them. That is their insecurity…
